Was having trouble getting the preferred color of boots my son-in-law ordered. Online it said available but when he ordered and paid for them an email appeared with out of stock.
Very disappointed. Decided to order a different color. Boots were mailed. The next day, now the boots are available.
Now a bit angry, what to do? Contacted Motosports (Dave) shared our frustration and with that he jumped into customer service action. Dave did his magic and now my son-in-law is getting the ones he really wanted. Thank you so VERY much for making this happen for our son-in-law.
